General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As there is a positive test for heart muscle ischemia, it suggests that there is hypoperfusion of coronary segments via possible atherosclerosis or others.

It is recommended to consult your cardiologist immediately for further guidelines and management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
General & Family Physician
