What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?
Hello, recently I was married to a Ukraine lady in Kiev Ukraine. For her to come to my country, ( NZ )-it was required that she undergo an Xray and blood tests etc., etc. Immigration Medical assessment team , have viewed her Xray and test results. They are concerned about the following, ( although her own private doctor said there is NOTHING WRONG ). The health assessment team have listed 2 problems from viewing those tests and xray. FIRST-- SMOOTH APACAL CAPPING --AND SECOND--UROLITHIASIS ,PYELECTASIS OF LEFT KIDNEY. Her own doctor says these problems do not exist--and feels it maybe the clinic in KIEV UKRAINE-stating she has problems--so thereby-attempting to encourage her to undergo an in-necessary operation--just to make money-( which is something Ukraine clinics do )--however NZ Immigration in London--follow this clinics advice without question. The first sign " smooth apical capping" i think you are refering to a chest Xray. If it is so than this is nothing to wory about. usually is some fat apical tissue around the lungs. The second is stone in the kidney which can produce urinary obstrruction and cause this pelvic dilatation (pyelectasis). If she has left flank pain or if the kidney is somewhat suffering from obstruction (like parencimal thinning, parencimal scar etc...) than she has to do a lytotripsi to break the stone.
