What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Hi. I have been taking immune suppressant medications (such as Actemra, methotrexate, etc.) for RA for the past 5 years. I had a chest x-ray yesterday just as a pro forma step because I m starting a new infusion protocol. My doctor called to tell me I have mild fibronodular changes in one of my lungs and advised me to follow up with my primary care MD. I also had a TB blood test this week, which was normal. What could these lung tissue x-ray results indicate? Thank you.

Hello

Chest X-ray findings may suggest sequel of past infection.
Since,it is mild,I don't think it is concerning.
However you may need proper evaluation.
It is good that T.B tests are negative.

Take Care
