Hello,

I think it can be going to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

If any nerve entrapment is there then there could be nerve palsies also which needs urgent treatment in terms of fasciotomy or antibiotics to reduce the infection and inflammation.

Kindly visit any general surgeon to get it examined and gets treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
