General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Greetings from HealthcareMagic

Nausea, increased heart rate, weakness, increased frequency of bowel movements can occur with anxiety, though there are different causes.
Your doctor may first want to rule out anemia and thyroid disease by blood tests.
If these are normal and there are no obvious other physical causes, then anxiety would need to be considered.

I hope this helps

Take Care
