What Do Pansinusitis And C Shaped Deviated Nasal Septum Mean?
Hello, The CT scan of sinus shows deviated nasal septum. The deviated nasal septum needs to be corrected surgically. Correction of deviated nasal septum can lead to decrease in soft tissue thickening in bilateral sinuses. There is possibility of polyp in maxillary sinus. MRI can help to delineate the possible polyps in maxillary sinuses. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr. Shailja Puri
