Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Do Persistent Vertigo And Sinus Pressure Indicate?
I ve had vertigo twice within the past 6 weeks. The first time my doctor put me on antibiotics because my right ear was a little cloudy. Usually it has fluid in it meaning I ve had vertigo a few times in the past. I have an appointment with her tomorrow. I have sinus pressure and a migraine today. I took Excedrin Migraine and rested in a dark room. It eased up but still a dull ache especially when I move or lean over. The room goes around if I lean over. What can I do to keep this from happening again?
Hi, Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. As per your history is concerned the term vertigo is a big term,so as you have already been diagnosed with migraine so take regular treatment for it but try to control trigger points which leads to it.If you control its trigger points[ stress, anxiety, hypoglycemia, fluctuating estrogen, certain foods, smoking etc] you may not be required for migraine medications in future. Add [VERTIGON tablet-25] twice a day for vertigo. Any detailed help required follow me: I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best. Thanks
