General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If you are on Petogen and you had unprotected sex, then I don't see pregnancy as the reason for your symptoms. If you have been bleeding heavily then you should consult your treating gynecologist and seek a change in the method of contraception. Please get a pregnancy test done to confirm the absence of pregnancy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anoop Kumar, General & Family Physician
