What Do Protruding Veins On The Forehead Indicate?
After working out today veins on the side of my forehead, which are usually pretty visible, were incredibly dark. While it has seemed to mostly return to normal, there is a spot of one vein that almost appears to be bruised 7 hours later. Is that cause for concern?

if there was no history of yrauma at that point and there is still tenderness or pain at that spot then please donot massage that part or touch it repeatedly ..and no fomentation please
take some antiinflammatory drug as tab aceclofenic 100 mg two times a day
wait for 2 days if no relief then go for colour doppler of that vein
