What Do Random Bumps On Different Parts Of The Body Suggest?

Hello. I ve been getting random bumps on different parts of my body. they first appear as small bites but then become infected. I ve been treating it as folliculitis (cetaphine soap abd benzoyl peroxide cream) and it worked where it seemed to start which was at the lower back side of my scalp - now I m getting some on my left forearm and have had one on my left eyebrow the last two weeks. Any idea what this could be or how to treat it?
