What Do Red And Itchy Rashes On The Neck And Back Indicate?
My adult son has large individual welt type bumps on neck, back of hand, back, behind ear, buttock, torso started yesterday. The bumps become a red rash very itchy, no blisters. Started on Benadryl at first symptom. No relief after 24 hours and new lumps are still appearing.

The symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction.
I suggest continuing using Benadryl.
I also recommend using Calamine lotion for local application.
