Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a sore throat that has persisted a couple of weeks and I have little red blisters in the back of my throat and it feels like my vocal chords, I have had this several times before and I wonder if it is an allergy, I don t have fever or any other symptoms, what do you think? I do not have tonsils,
It could be due to pharyngitis. As a first line management you can do warm saline gargles for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persists you can consult an ENT specialist and evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
