What Do Red Blisters On The Right Shin Indicate?
Diabetic patient has undiagnosed skin problem of Silver dollar sized red patches of 2, on left leg. And has red blistered looking w/ some scabs on right Shin bone all the way to top of foot. And seems to be spreading around the ankle area. Itches some and Burns all the time, and in pain every day. Can U Help or recommend ?
