Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You have symptoms of red rashes on legs which seems to be due to an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients used in a pedicure. Need not to worry. I would suggest you apply an ice pack to reduce redness. Maintain good personal hygiene. Apply Calamine lotion to soothe itchiness. Wear loose trousers to avoid creation of any frictional heat.
If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like Clindamycin, oral antifungal or antibacterial depending upon the diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
