Hi,

The Hypokinesia means muscle of heart not work well like that of normal person's heart. Ejection fraction means amount of blood ejected per contraction. The 38% ejection is to be considered abnormal. Hence, heart failure chances are also there. The perfusion means blood supply affected in inferior wall.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
