What Do Small Ulcers Around The Anus Indicate?

I ve recently had chafing from lacy underwear and now I have these small ulcer like sores near my anus. I was recently tested for STIs and came back negative for everything and I ve only had protected sex once since then. Could the chafing have caused small cuts that then got infected with vaginal discharge?

So avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts.
Keep proper hygiene of private parts.
Apply antifungal and antibacterial cream on ulcers.
Wear only cotton undergarments.
Drink plenty of fluids orally. Prevent constipation.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 1 week. If not improving in 1 week them consult doctor.
