What Do Sore Breasts Along With Lower Backache And Headaches Indicate?

My boobs are kinda sore-ish. I’ve been getting random stabbing pains in my lower back. My headaches are kinda getting worse and I’m constantly hungry. And if I don’t eat, I feel pukey. I’m supposed to be due for my period in roughly four days. Could I be pregnant?

I think you are experiencing pre menstrual syndrome. Sometimes it is dismissed as easy pregnancy signs.
Wait 10 days and if your period hasn't come take a pregnancy home test.
