What Do Swelling And Pain In The Wrist Indicate?

I have had a triple bypass I have diabetes I have fibromyalgia and I have a lot of bowel problems and my lower stomach upper Bells bleed today my veins in my wrist swelled up and was very painful they are they ve went back down now an hour later I would say they went back down but my wrist still hurts on one side just wondering what is causing this we ll see the doctor on the 15th I m on the road with my husband he s a truck driver
