What Do Swollen Lymph Nodes While Suffering From Lupus Indicate?

Hi I have recently been diagnosed with RA and Lupus.. But today I m finding swollen lymph nodes in several places especial my upper intestines. Also had a large amount of bright red blood in stool. Are the last two symptoms cause by autoimmune issues do u think Please do not answer I didn t know I would be charged...thank u kindly
