What Do The Blood Pressure Values In The Below Test Report Suggest?
My mother known diabetic hypertensive IHD, s/p angioplasty 4 years back.. Now admitted with urosepsis 4 days back which is settled but she developed complain of SOB 2 days back .. Diagnosed ACS.. Her BP readings are.. Normal systolic and low diastolic.. Its 110/44mmhg .. She is also know CKD her creatinine is 2.0 which was 3.8, five days back when she was in sepsis on tlc 19000.. But now tlc 9000 afabrile... Fluid ristrictions upto 500 ml/24 hours.. Question is comment on bp readings.. And what should bhi done?

Let the sepsis resolve then the BP may get elevated by Itself .
Just wait and watch. 44 is low, it should be minimum of 50 but wait for sepsis to control fully. Wait for 2 more days, as sepsis will resolve fully the renal function will also improve a bit. Lets keep the fingers crossed. If you have any further query then you can come back to hcm. I will definitely help you and guide you appropriately
