What Do The Findings In EKG For Increased Palpitations After A Flu Attack And Bacterial Infection Indicate?

Please review my EKG and let me know your thoughts. After catching a cold or flu and having a coexisting bacterial infection, I suddenly came down with frequent palpatation that got dramaticly worse when I layed down. So I got an ekg done while laying down and it shows what my heart was doing. Please let me know your thoughts and what this may be.
