What Do The Findings In Early Pregnancy Ultrasound Scan Indicate?
Hi there went to the er they.told me my gestational sac is messuring 8weeks. There a yolk sac but no fetal pole. Also my hcg is 0000. Not sure what this means if I'm miscarring or what I do have a tilted uterus towards that back. Any IDEa what this could mean could I be. Not as far aslong as they say

As there is no fetal pole & HCG level is 0 your pregnancy is not healthy.
Consult your doctor for repeated scan & HCG, if findings remain same you should go for suction & evacuation.
