What Do The Findings In The Lung X-ray And ECG Suggest And Can This Condition Be Corrected?

This my brother have found in the xray of my Dad... May i know what a suspicious densitis,right upper lobe 4 apicorpic view hyperaerated lung is? ecg show that he as a sinus ventricular hypertrophy... may i know what's going on with him? can this still be reversed? what are the thing to do to prevent this from going nosedive... I LOVE MY DAD and Im oceans far away from him...

I really understand your concern for your father, the words you have used here doe not seems the exact words that may be stated by the radiologist or clinician but at least I could make it out something from this, the x-ray is suggestive of some changes in bronchial trees which is normal changes being noted in old person who are above 60 years, for the ECG it indicates the enlargement of heart here too it can be said that this could be due to age and long standing high blood pressure, in short this are nothing to worry, if he does not have any symptoms, I hope these interpretation will be helpful to clear your doubts, have nice day.
