Hi,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
Your HSG has lot of findings.
First of all, there is a fibroid (myoma) which is causing abnormal shape of the uterus.
Intravasation means there is venous leakage of contrast, but it is not a significant finding. Right tube is normal but the left tube appears to be blocked.
Overall, things for you to worry are - fibroid and blockage of left tube. Fibroid can cause decreased
fertility and even if you become pregnant it might lead to
abortion if it is big in size. So the size and location of fibroid is important. Left
tubal block also decreases fertility and suggests that you might have some infection in your pelvic region. Cornual occlusion means that the tube is blocked at its starting point itself where it connects to the uterus.
You need to get further tests done and assessment by the gynaecologist.
Chances of
pregnancy can be assessed after getting all other tests.
You can come back to me with further details and I will be happy to help you.
Hope it sorts your problem.
