Hello and welcome to HCM,
A positive Mantoux test is suggestive of tuberculosis, however, the infection has to be confirmed by isolation of tubercle bacilli in body tissue, fluid or sputum depending on the site involved.
Elevated LFTs (liver function tests) suggest pathological process in the liver.
This is not specific for tuberculosis for tuberculosis.
Elevation of alkaline phosphatase suggests obstruction in the biliary tract due to stones, space occupying mass, external mass compressing the biliary channels, etc.
Presence of nitrite and bacilli in urine suggests presence of bacterial infection of the urinary tract.
This is bacterial infection and not due to tubercle bacilli.

You need to consult your doctor for relevant investigations- ultrasound of abdomen to assess the obstruction of biliary tract.
Antibiotic therapy is needed to treat the infection of the urinary tract.

Thanks and take care
