Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi. I am 37 yrs old. Just had a normal check up. All was ok except my ecg says normal sinus rythm, non specific t wave abnormality. Do i need to worry. I have also done 2d echo and tmt test. 2d echo says all normal and tmt test says good exersice tolerance. But ecg during tmt test says normal sinus rythm, non specific st & t wave abnormality, incomplete right bundle branch block. What does this mean. My bp from 3 years is 140/90. Pls advice.
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
If you have right bundle branch block, see your doctor for monitoring as advised. This is important even if you don’t have any symptoms. You may need treatment for other medical conditions. So, I suggest to consult a cardiologist for further evalaution.
Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
