What Do These ECG, Lipid Profile And SGPT Result Indicate?
I have pain on Left hand side of my body..I have this pain for last 5 weeks..initially a pain gets started from upper ribs and then I feel the my backside of arm is in pain..sometimes I feel that pain is going down towards stomach also..I thought it to be a cardiac issue & have gone through ECG , Lipid Profile , SGPT & Glucose fasting & their results are as follows:- E.C.G :- All okay but says that it is a Borderline ECG as I am having ST elevation while it is written that it is SINUS Rhythm. Lipid Profile:- LDL Cholesterol is 148 while non LDL is 141 .(it is written that NCEP-ATP III GUideline) SGPT(Alt):-51 (it should be Now I am bit confused what problem I am having right now meanwhile pain on left hand side is still present ..Is it muscular or gastroenteritis pain or what..please guide.. It may not be necessarily cardiac pain, it seems it is muscular pain referred from the neck and thoracic vertebra. Try some muscle relaxant and do back extension exercise and see the result. Truly.

Hi, It may not be necessarily cardiac pain, it seems it is muscular pain referred from the neck and thoracic vertebra. Try some muscle relaxant and do back extension exercise and see the result.
