1) ecg is normal if you are a active and have athletic built, however
heart rate between 50-60 is considered healthy, second is if your
thyroid is on lower side (
Tsh here is just borderline)

lipid profile can be better, your HdL should be more than 45-50, ldl less than 130 atleast. Diet, exercise and supplement like omega 3 fatty acid, krill oil, flax seeds may help
3) uric acid is high, diet modification or starting on medication recommended
4) sgpt is also high (borderline), considering other tests I would presume you are
obese and do have the most healthy lifestyle.
Subtle change in life will help in long run.
