What Do These Abdominal Ultrasound And MRI Test Results Indicate?

I have left upper stomach pain that radiates to my back. I had an ultrasound done and the results were a 4cm complex Kidney cyst. When I had an MRI done it said that I had an accessory spleen that was ppressing on. the upper pole of my kidney and displacing my adrenal gland. No kidney cyst was found. Could this extra spleen cause this pain? I have barley any fat around my kidneys. Is this a normal mistake?

I really appreciate your concern, accessory spleen can be there but not in kidney it is not likely but it could be near the renal area but not inside the kidney hope this information helps.
