What Do These Blood Reports Indicate?

Hello, My father aged 73. Country Bangladesh. Admitted to hospital suspecting kidney problem. All diagnoses are done as per doctor advise. Medications are already applied and still applying. But his physical condition is still deteriorating. Doctor could not find the reason. I am in great trouble and confused whether he is getting proper treatment. So I want to provide you all test reports at your end and get a wise suggestion from your end . Your kind and prompt suggestion will guild me to the right direction that I hope. Please find the attachment of his test reports. Note that He getting weak every day, do not eat, can not talk much, loosing his movement capacity, only sitting and sleeping, mumbling, loosing I/Q.
