What Do These Endoscopy And Colonoscopy Test Results Indicate?

I recently had an endoscopy and colonoscopy, which revealed a medium sized abnormal nodular muscosa,at the appendiceal orifice and a small sessile polyp at the cecum., descending colon and sigmoid colon Should I be concerned about the nodular muscosa?

I understand your concern.
Generally, mucosa, or the lining of the GI tract is relatively smooth in appearance.
Nodular mucosa is a lumpy-bumpy appearance that can be due to inflammation or certain benign conditions. Such mucosa would be biopsied and studied by means of histopathological examination to assist in the diagnosis.
Presence of single polyp should not be much of a problem to be worried about.
Kindly consult Gastroenterologist for further evaluation and management. Regular follow-up might be necessary, depending on the symptoms you would be having.
