What Do These Following Blood Sugar Levels Indicate?

Hi Dr. Good morning. My sugar lavel is about 95-110 in fasting and 160-180 after 2.5 hrs of taking food. I am taking Gluconorm G 1 one tablet in morning and one in evening both just before food. My body weight is 52 Kg height 5 6 . Please advise me should i continue or change medicine.. My diabetes was detected 1.5 years back. regards Ashok

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the blood glucose levels you have indicated in the report, it appears that glucose level is under good control in fasting state and fairly under control in the post-prandial (after food) state.
Kindly take the medication as prescribed. You need to get glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) every 3 months to know the proper status of blood glucose control.
Kindly get the necessary tests done and do the follow-up once in 3 months.
