What Do These Lab Reports Indicate?

WBC in UA 100 rbc 15 ua culture neg long time dull pain under right rib cage and lower back (feels like stiffness) trace blood in Urine 1.5 yrs post Robotic Prostectomy PSA undetectable x4 since surgery creatinine normal no protein ca ox crystals present urine is slightly yellow, no difficulty voiding slight only occasional nausea just completed 500 cipro x2 for 7 days retesting UA diabetic a1c 5.9 very well controlled with16 u of lentos for 7 yrs previous pancreatitis due to common bile duct stricture 15 yrs ago ca19-9 7 do not drink and never smoked Kidney stone or kidney disease?

I really appreciate your concern, the over medical history given here and the clinical complain that you have may not correlated, such rib cage pain could be due to muscular spasm and may be due to poor posture during sleep, and this can be better subside with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen" once in day, try to maintain good posture, and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
