The lungs are less hyperexpanded. Coarse pulmonary opacities are not significantly changed. No new focal area of consolidation has developed. There is other mild bronchial wall thickening or prominence of the central pulmonary vascularity. No pleural effusions or pneumothoraces are seen. Bones and soft tissues included examination appear stable and demonstrate no acute abnormalities.
