What Do This Test Result Following A Heart Surgery Of A 8 Year Old Indicate?

this is for a 8 year old born with heart problems at birth with surgery at 2 months to fix problems is this ok for update checkup Median sternotomy wires are unchanged. Heart size is stable. The lungs are less hyperexpanded. Coarse pulmonary opacities are not significantly changed. No new focal area of consolidation has developed. There is other mild bronchial wall thickening or prominence of the central pulmonary vascularity. No pleural effusions or pneumothoraces are seen. Bones and soft tissues included examination appear stable and demonstrate no acute abnormalities.
