Had a heavy fall on Ice 2 months ago it has been in a splint since then. . Had MRI arthrogram 3 days ago showed positive ulnar variance thinning articular disc at radial end. Contrast extending radioulnar joint full thickness tear of the disc. Ganglion cyst in dorsal aspect of radiocarpal joint. I m 39 years old and female. What treatment would you advise please.
