What Do White Patches On The Right Foot Indicate?

hello doctor I am a 20 years old girl and have white patches on right foot as well as leg n in both the years.... since few days back only i have got patches in my years i apply tacrolimus 0.1 on the patches and i take zempred 8mg twice a week n azoran 50mg daily what should i do to stop getting more patches
