What Do White Rashes On The Right Foot Indicate?

I have three slightly round, white, scaly patches developing on the bottom of my right foot, each haloed by slightly discolored skin. I have a similar, smaller patch on my right hand, with no discolored halo. I m thinking this is a symptom of something, maybe dietary or hormonal imbalance maybe.

why don't you consider a fungal infection
these areas where moisture accumlate develop infection.
fungal infection has typical lesions with different skin color
Apply antifungal cream to lesions and maintain hygiene.
change socks and keep feet and hand dry
