What Do White Spots In The Throat Indicate?
Hey doc, so far I ve got White dots on throat, saw face, saw ears swollen glands, hard to swallow teach ache. I ve been on penicillin and ibuprofen for the last two days but symptoms don t seem to start clearing at All. Would you know what it is? Cheers

You likely have an upper respiratory tract infection with a bacterial infection of the throat.
It can sometimes take 3 to 4 days for an antibiotic to kick it so you may want to monitor to see if there is improvement in your symptoms in a day or 2.
If there is no improvement or the symptoms are severe then you may need an alternative antibiotic.
