Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your complaints. First of all, I would like to reassure you that your symptoms do not suggest any serious head injury.

However, since you are on warfarin tablets, there is a higher chance of bleeding and we should exclude hematoma (bleeding).

If there is abnormal swelling or pain in the head, then, you should go for a CT scan of brain to rule out internal bleeding.

As of now, you can take medicines such as diclofenac or ibuprofen tablets for pain relief.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
