Dear sir

Liver cirrohosis causes increased blood pressure in the portal arteries. Which is also called portal hypertension.

Secondly increased heart rate causes palpitation and feeling of tiredness which causes inability to sleep..

Check the blood pressure whether it is in normal limits or not. Secondly if it is in normal limits then control heart rate below 80 beats per minute, so that you will not feel excessive tiredness.

Thirdly it is ideal to give him cardioselectve betablockers like atenolol, metaprolol and nebivolol.

Thanks
