Hi there,

Thanks for your query.

Your symptoms are suggestive of Gastro-esophageal-reflux-disease (GERD), secondary to hyperacidity with possible H.pylori infection of the stomach/duodenum.

You need to undergo endoscopy to directly see the state of inner lining of the stomach and, breath test for H.pylori(a bacteria which commonly infects the stomach and causes stomach ulcers + GERD).

Once diagnosed, a 2 weeks' course of anti-H.pylori will cure the condition.

Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me and will prescribe the advised drugs in appropriate doses.

If you find my response helpful and informative, do not forget an “excellent” (5-star rating) to my answer, to ENCOURAGE ALL doctors- engaged in social service- to render sound advice to the FREE queries.

Take care
