What Do You Think About Child With Chronic Stomach Pain, Headache, Sore Neck But No Fever?
Hi...My 9 year old suffers from chronic tummy pains. It comes with no warning every so often (every couple of months or so). this has been happening for past couple of years. GP has done no real investigation thus far but im getting very worried. This morning she is complaining of a sore neck and headache as well. there is a history of irritable bowel syndrome (cousins) but not sure if this connection is relevant. There is no fever with this. Just wondering what you think please?
History of recurrent pain in abdomen in a child warrants a consultation with a Surgeon / Pediatric Surgeon. It is better to go for a HR= High Resolution Sonography of abdomen and a stool test. This may be not related to IBS in cousins.
