What Does the following HSG Report Indicate?
i tested HSG and the report is as followed 10-15cc of contract was injected into uterine cavity showing adequate opacificatio of the cervical canal and the uterine capacity.
the uterine capacity appears normal indentation of left lateral body surface suggestive of uterine fibroid
both fallopian tubes have not opacified from cornua end.
there is no bilateral contract spill in the pelivic capacity

Hello
Your HSG findings suggests uterine fibroid with bilateral cornual block.
There is non spillage of contrast form either fallopian tubes and there is probably block in cornu region of uterus.Cornual block may be the reason for infertility.
You need further assessment.USG should be done to assess uterine fibroid.You may need intervention for cornual block.
Treatment of fibroid depend upon many things like age,complications of fibroid,family status etc.
