General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptom seemt to be related to a kidney stone.
The presence of the fever is also related to an infection in the urinary tract.
So, I recommend to do a urinalysis and an ultrasound for further evaluation.
I also recommend to use Acetominophen to lower the fever adn drink liquids.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
