Hello MRI findings indicate degenerative changes in lumbo-sacral spine. Degenerative changes are generally age related findings. At L4-5 and L5-S1 level,there is intervertebral disc desiccation(means loss of water from inter vertebral disc) . There is minimal lumbar vertebral compression fracture,it may be due to osteoporosis. At L4-5 level,there is also end plate changes in intervertebral disc. All these findings are consistent with degenerative spine disease. Majority of degenerative disc disease patients are benefited by conservative treatment in the form of physiotherapy,analgesics and muscle relaxants. Treatment can be planned after consultation with neurologist. It is important to know other factors like status of nerve roots,disc prolapse etc. If you have only these findings then these are minor changes and you may need only conservative treatment.
