Mesial temporal structures are within normal limits.
Impression :
Mild Difusse Cerebral and cerebellar volume loss.
otherwise, no significant abnormality.
Worried about the diffuse in cerebral and cerebellar volume loss please tell me what it is and what is the cause for it
MRI findings may suggests mild age related cortical atrophic changes in cerebral and cerebellar hemispheres of brain. These are expected findings in all persons.Atrophy is generally due to aging, however it may be seen early in many conditions like brain infection, trauma etc. With aging, there is loss of brain parenchyma which causes prominent gyri and sulci and it allows ventricles to expand. This specific finding usually doesn't require any treatment.
Other findings are normal. You should continue medicines for seizure.
