Sir I have injury during playing basketball my MRI shows. 1 moderate knee joint effusion/hemarthrosis 2 grade 2 changes posterior horn of medial meniscus 3. Altered signal intensity in acl with marginal irregularity & undulation of outlines s/o focal tear with mild buckling of pcl 4 mild altered signal intensity & oedema in mcl. 5 small marrow contusions & bone oedema in tibial plateau and laterAl femoral condyle
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, the MRI is suggestive of internal structure injuries of knee joint and it may require surgical intervention it is advisable to have a word with orthopedic surgeon till then keep the leg in elevated position, hope this information helps.
