What Does this semen Analysis Result Mean?

Sir, my semen analysis report is normal or not . Please explain for further improvement. Quantity: 2.0 ml , Reaction: alkalane, Macroscopic: Greyish white and viscous , 60% actively motile, 30% sluggishly motile, 10% non motile spermatozoa seen/hpf, 4-5 pus cells/hpf, Time: After 25 mins. of collection. Total count : 28 Millions/ml

You had a recent semen analysis and you want then explained to you. The results show that you have a low normal sperm count. The sperm count per milliliter should be above 30 million and you are just below that at 28 million. the number of motile sperm is normal. These values are close to normal. I would recommend that you perhaps repeat your results after not having sex after a week. This may increase your overall sperm counts.
