My right ovary contains multiple subcentimeter follicles as well as an 8x9x10 mm heterogeneous echotxture complex cyst. Prior to this my scan read 1.2x1.1x1.3mm luteum cyst what does this mean and shouldi be worried? These scans were done due to miscarriage
A cyst measuring 8 x 9 x 10 mm showing complex echotexture may be subsequently followed up if there is pain. In the absence of pain there should be no concern. A luteum cyst is a normal structure seen in the ovary and not a cause of concern.
