What Does 35% Sperms Progressive Motile Mean?
I just received my bio-data from hospital, please can you tell me the meaning of all this? Motility- Progressive motile 35%, sluggishly motile -35% and Non motile -45% Total count = 38 x 10 cell/ml. Can you tell me the meaning of all this......thank you

Your report suggests sperm motility towards lower limit.
Motility should be at least 55 % for normal fertilization.You have 45 % non motile sperms.
You should do exercise and take nutritious food.
Rest of the findings like sperm count is normal.
38 millions/ml sperm count is normal.Normally sperm count should be at least 20 millions/ml.
If findings doesn't improve then you may need assisted fertilization techniques like IUI.
